Assigning Provider Groups to cases created via ERMS
How does CRM assign the provider group of a case created by ERMS via content routing? Does it use the Call Center defaults to od so?
Is it possible to assign the same Provider group that is assign to the ERMS worklist on which the ERMS email was received on?
