Payables Could Not Calculate Tax Due To Error Message During Tax Calculation

Hi,

 We could not calculate tax in Oracle Payables due to an error indicating .....

 "Payables could not calculate tax due to: A valid tax rate does not exists for tax &TAX,     tax status &TAX_STATUS and tax determination date &TAX_DET_DATE"

We have set up for Tax Rules under Direct Tax Rate Determination in the Tax manager responsibility.

Please give us with an earliest solution.
