Additon of bank charges to CIP asset

 Hi,
Is it possible to transfer data from AR to FA.Actually i have a scenario.

I create a CIP asset in FA.All the expense which i am recording in AP is transferring to CIP asset .But bank charges are creating from AR receivable activity,and this expense is also related to CIP asset building,so how can i add bank charges to CIP asset?
