How to view the rejected appraisal.
Hi,
The employee has created a standard appriasal then it goes to his direct supervisor for appraisal.
Once the direct supervisor gives the scores and finally sends for approval it goes to the Head of department and from there to HR.
This is how we have set up our appraisal system.
When the Head of department or HR personal rejects the appraisal, then the rejected appraisal will not be listed neither in the managers appraisal list or to the HR employee.
How to make the HR personnel or the manager view the rejected appraisals.
