HFM 11.1.2.2.303 Windows Classic Metadata Manager changes Account/Custom attributes

 Has anyone noticed that when editing metadata in the windows metadata manager in 11.1.2.2 (all releases including 303) attributes get copied from one dimension element to another?  I have come across this many times working in the accounts dimension but also for customs as well. It appears to happen when I move from editing a particular element (say changing the description) and then I expand a different branch of the dimension by clicking the plus sign but not highlighting the parent element itself.  The problem is that I cannot replicate the problem at will; I know it happens as I
