bank account code in gl reconcliation report

 Hi,
I can see BANK GL BALANCE in gl reconciliation report in cash management.The questions is where the code is taken of gl account balance?It take code combination or just check natural account of bank account?Is it coming from bank account?or receipt method?or  bank account control access?
