PO Receipts of one org is shown in another org

Hi All,

Can you please help or guid me in resolving this issue....

We are having are issues with PO Receipts where the Receipt created in one org has been shown in another org and that to defaulting to only one org.Also a buyer from one org can able to raise PO for another org where all the setups for Resp's,MO Security profile options is correct.
