Data load failure in Essbase studio

My data load has been failing probably due to an error message that I keep getting i.e. "the following tables are out of sync with the physical database. Review the errors or warnings that occured during the refresh". This happens when I right-click the source name and click "Refresh"

In the Refresh dialog box, the state for some of the columns in this data source says:" !ShowTableDifferenceDialog.I18N_COLUMN_ACTION_NEW!" or "Removed".

When I run a SQL against this data source, I am showing all the columns without any problem. Where should start to look?
