Sales order line not getting interfaced

Dear All,

We have an issue with a sales order. The lines have been interfaced when queried from the shiping transaction form, but one of the lines is stuck at "Run Interface". I have run interface Trip Stop SRS but the line still did not get interfaced. In the the sales order form, the status of the line is " Shipped". Please kinly advse as this line is stopping the entire sales order from being invoiced.
