Changing R41413 cycle count update report to always show cycle count number

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone has modified the event rules on this report so that the cycle count number showed in the error section even if there was no errors detected.  I'm new to the programming used within the event rules and have a basic understanding of how to pull data in and setting variables.  I will admit that the programming on this report is above my abilities.  I can add cycle count to one of the hidden sections but can't determine where the flag is set not to show this information if there are no errors on the report.
