Creating an asset for building type.

Hi ,

I have an requirement  for eg: I need to create an asset for building which is under construction so it should not depreciate till it is under construction.
So my question is how asset under construction type of assets can be created in peoplesoft.


Could anyone please let me know the steps how could I achieve that means what is the business process for that.
