Can someone recommend Oracle Webservices Class for CRM admin?

I am a CRM admin and would like to learn how to create and use webservices.  We currently are using webservices that were set up by a third party and we would like to be able to maintain ourself.  Can anyone recommend a virtual Oracle class that teaches webservices as it is specifically related to CRM on Demand?  I looked on the Training site, but was not sure which Webservices class would directly apply.
