Console Windows Hiost Has Stopped Working When Applying Patch 18 (16345834) for 11.2.0.3

Hi Folks

I was wondering if anyone has seen pop-up from Windows when applying patch 16345834 on a Windows 2008 R2 server with the OPatch utility ?

I have never had any issues until recently.

I am getting this pop-up

"Console Window Host"

"Console Window Host has stopped working"

"Close the Program"

As soon as I close the program, the Opatch command window goes away

When I check the OPatch logs there are thousands of records in the file

In Additon, I am never prompted for any answers to the questions OPatch asks

Any Assistance is Appreciated
