Why Sales Order did not accrue?

Hi Team,

Please note that we have a sales order which did not accrue and hence could not find the amount against the concerned budget in TM. Request you to check and let us know as to what had caused this issue. Also we had annother SO which exactly has the same information as the one in issue and that had got accrued without any issues.

Please note that we are unable to process the accruals due to this issue. Request you to look into this issue at the earliest and provide us with a resolution.

Also please note that we do not see any adjustment transaction as well created for the order in issue post the booking process was complete to calculate the discount part in OM.
