Instance caging + cpu_count

Hi ,
I would like to know the total number of cpu present on a server and the cpu's allocated to a particular database to implement instance caging.

This data (total number of cpu present on a server and the cpu's allocated to a particular database ), i would like to get the details from database itself. Please let me know which view i can use to get the details.

Can anyone help in this?
