Error while applying patch 5596985.

Hi Team,

User is facing issues while applying patch 5596985.
The following Oracle Reports objects did not generate successfully:
ap      reports/US      APXMTDTR.rdf
An error occurred while generating Oracle Reports files.


User tried compiling / generating an .rex file but the r25convm doesn’t seem to exist in our directories, and hence I am unable to recompile:

rwvapp506:appltst:/x03/app/oracle/OATST/oatstappl/ap/11.5.0/reports/US$ $ORACLE_HOME/bin/r25convm userid=apps/apps style=rdffile source=APXMTDTR.rdf dtype=rexfile dest=APXMTDTR.rex overwrite=yes batch=yes
ksh: /x03/app/oracle/OATST/oatstora/8.0.6/bin/r25convm:  not found
