Unable to Start the Application deployed on Weblogic 10.3.5.

Hello,
Oracle customer has installed Oracle communications product - UIM which gets deployed on Weblogic 10.3.5.

After starting the server, not able to access the Installed UIM application.

When checked the Weblogic logs, below is the error i have noticed,

<Apr 29, 2013 5:55:06 PM IST> <Error> <Deployer> <BEA-149231> <Unable to set the activation state to true for the application 'oracle.communications.inventory'.
weblogic.application.ModuleException:
      at weblogic.servlet.internal.WebAppModule.startContexts(WebAppModule.java:1520)
      at weblogic.servlet.internal.WebAppModule.start(WebAppModule.java:484)
      at weblogic.application.internal.flow.ModuleStateDriver$3.next(ModuleStateDriver.java:425)
