Automatic Remittances Creation Program (API) at the create & approval stage of the Direct Debit coll

Hi,

We have had an issue raised by our user community relating to the performance of the API for direct debit collection at the create and approval stage.

The content of the call is as follows:

'When we are running a large Direct Debit collections this is currently taking around 2 hours to complete.'

Please can anyone advise if there are known issues with the performance of the direcrt debit and collection at the create and approval stage of the API process? Is there any existing patches that could be implemented that would help resolve this issue for the customer?
