How to make the Prompt of a Field Bold in a OAF Page in iRecruitment

Our requirement is to bold and capitalizing the prompt of a message text input in a iRecruitment external visitor page. We have used a standard CSS class 'OraDataText' but it is applying only for the entered value but not prompt. 
Please help us to achieve this without extension of any business components.
