How to deploy Cloud control 12c agent on databases in Oracle Failsafe environment?

I am trying to deploy/install the Cloud control agents 12c in a Oracle Failsafe environments, but can't find any documentation.
I have looked at metalink note How to Configure Grid Control Agents in Windows HA - Failover Cluster Environments [ID 464191.1], and it directs me to documentation "Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Administrator's Guide 12c Release 1 (12.1.0.2), Part II - Enterprise Manager High Availability", which just explains how to put Oracle Cloud Control in Oracle HA.

Please can you direct me to the correct documentations on 'how to deploy cloud control agent on a Oracle failsafe environment?'
