How to Disable Delete Button For Absence Details which are approved and Confirmed leave.

Hi , We  want  to  enable  the  delete  button only  for planned  leave   and  diable  it  for  Annual Lease  Confirmed  one   with  Approve  status. Please  advise  how  we  can  do it  through personalization. I have  attached   the  sample  for  your  review.
