Inventory valuation is blank

Dear all,

 I did run create accounting first in draft mode, then in final mode with GL Transfer & Posting by copying the last month’s request only with change in period from Jan to Feb.

 

When I run inventory valuation report after this; it came blank; so I have not closed inventory period.

However, my jan report is fine. What can be the issue?
