Oracle Patch 16056266 - April, 2013 PSU patch - TNS-12537 Solaris 10/X86

After applying the April 2013 PSU patch on Solaris-10 on X86/64, I am experiencing a bunch of errors in the listener.log:

The errors started immediately after the installation of the patch and stop if I roll the patch back.  End users are getting ORA-03113 End of Communication channels.

I've logged a SR but the analysts say they cannot reproduce the problem and sent me a document on Troubleshoot the TNS-12537, which I actually had gone through before logging the SR.  There is nothing in the troubleshooting guide that applies.
