Failure analysis : close work orders

Hi,

We are on 11.5.10.2

User has reported and I have also tested that we are able to change the Failure code, Cause code, Resolution code after work order status is changed to "Closed"

As per my knowledge we cannot change anything in work order when work order status is "Closed"

This is a big problem because we have lot of custom BI reports which use failure analysis data. If any data is changed by someone after closure of work order that affects the reports. We dont have any requirement to change the failure analysis codes after closure of work orders. The supervisor verifies what data the techs have entered and then only he close the work order.
