LCM - Advanced pricing issue

I am working on setting up Landed Cost management to generate charges.

I have setup Advanced Pricing Modifier to predefine the Freight information. But when I try to generate charges in Landed cost management, I keep getting this message:

No Charges have been generated. Possible cause: The required Setups/Profiles in Advanced Pricing are not defined.
I have defined all the Profile options for Advanced pricing as per the user guide.
