Financial Report Submission - Excel Format

 Hi,
We are upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3. The new feature of publishing the FSG reports is not working.

We are running the Trial balance through Financials Report submission and trying to open in Excel sheet, but it is not working. We have gone through the metalink note 1404433.1 and made the setups to IE browser and Excel but still issue is not resolved.

Any pointers for resolution is appreciated.
