Auto Pay

We are experiencing an inconsistency within the auto pay process where straight time for some (not all) employees is not calculating properly when paid vacation hours are applied.  An employee with 6 hours of vacation should see 74 hours of regular pay within the register once the auto pay has run. 

We are seeing an incident where the auto pay process has generated 76.5 hours of regular pay to an employee with 6 hours of vacation.  The 6 hours of vacation have been entered for two separate days at 3.5 hours (4/17/13) and 2.5 hours (4/18/13).
