Unclassified Resource List

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi All,

We have a Unclassified Resource List in the Budgets

As per User Guide, After Defining the Resource List (eg : Contractor Standard Time) and run the 'PRC : Update Project Summary Amount after Resource List Change', all the unclassified resource will convert into Defined Resource List

After performing this action plan , the result fails..

Please let me know if am missing anything here
