1099 reporting for 12.1.3 - using Oracle

I would like to have a contact name and number for someone that is currently submitting 1099s using Oracle  12.1.3.

We are currenlty using a third party software and would like to submit our 1099s using Oracle 12.1.3

I have reviewed the USER guide in Payables for the section 1099 reporting.

We would be reporting federal and state as combine reporting.

We need to know what someone recommends for NON standard state - reporting. We have some to report but we get an error on the expceptions report.
