how to identify "Wait on CPU" in 10046 trace

When we run tkrpof on a 10046 tracefile, we can see aggregated "elapsed time" and "CPU time". As far as I understand, the CPU time includes "wait on CPU" as well as actual CPU utilized to run that sql. is that correct? Moreover, is there any way to distinguish between time spent on CPU and time spent on waiting for CPU cycles just by looking at 10046 and tkprof tracefiles.
