Non Repairable Items - Spare parts planning

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi All,

I have not tested the below but would like to know the comments from Oracle Development

Items not repairable setup options

- Does, not defining repairable items helps us, not to recommend planned repair orders for that item?

- Does Repair Yield set to 0, recommends any planned external repair orders?

- Does Repair Program set to NULL, diables creations of PEROs?

Are these the only ways to stop creating repair orders for some of the items?

I am yet to test these scenarios. Meanwhile would like to know opinions from others who might have faced similar issue. Thanks in advance for sharing your inputs.
