OEMIMP performance issues in EBs 12.0.6

Hi,
We are using EBS R12.0.6 .   Off late we have found performance issues in "order booking".    After going through awrrpt , we found sql module "OEMIMP" taking most time.    Is there any patch to improve the performance of this module.

sql statement
