Variable Issue in custom web link field

Hi guys,

Wondering if you could help me out with a slight issue I've encountered..

We're trying to create a custom web link to create an opportunity from an account instead of using the opportunity related info section.
To start this, I got the link I was going to use from the create opportunity on the account page (so the default Oracle create an opp link) -
