The Requisition shows the Blue dot (Change Pending Image) even after approved

Hi,

Below is the details of the issue.

1) User reported that a Blue Dot appears on the requisition.

2) After invetigation it was found that the corresponding PO was in INprocess state as the Buyer of the PO was ex-employee.

3) The Buyer was updated using the standard prog, and PO and Requsition are both approved.

4) The blue dot still apperas.

Can any one help, what could be the cause of it.
