Disable Journal approval for reversals alone

Hi Gurus,

Currently Journal Source Manual has Approval enabled and journal is being sent for approval. Now the month end journals are getting reversed at times and this reversal journal is also going for an approval.

In short Manager is approving the same entry twice. He wants to approve only once

I see both have the same source and category. How can I handle this.
