OEM v12 Monitoring Windows Host - 'Unable To Obtain Definition for Selected Metrics'

On the host home page for most of my windows hosts, there are no metrics displayed in the little graphs. Each graph states 'Unable To Obtain Definition for Selected Metrics'. One of my windows hosts, a RAC cluster, shows the metrics as expected, so clearly, I did something right on at least one of the agent installs. On the hosts where the metrics are missing, uploads are working fine, database monitoring and job execution are working fine. Its just these host metrics that don't work. When I go to the host home page, MONITORING/METRICS AND COLLECTIONS SETTINGS...there are no metric categories under either
