Mobile Field Service: Cannot Enter Item Revision on Return Lines for Material

Hello Community team members,

I cannot Enter Item Revision on Return Lines for Material in Mobile Field Service.
When the information is saved and debrief is completed and synchronized, debrief completion (creation of charges and consumption) fails because the main application does not allow materails to be processed without the item revision.

Steps followed:
1. Log in toWeb-to-Go. Access any SR assigned to you.
2. Go to Quick Debrief.
3. Go to Material Section.
4. Select a Service Actvity Code for Return.
5. Select any Item Number
6. Try to edit the revision

We are on Oracle eBS 11.5.10.2 and Web-to-Go is on Oracle 9i Lite. Mobile FIeld Service Laptop is being used.
