16408331 driver is failing for pqpgblgpscv.sql with error ORA-01422
While applying patch 16408331 driver is failing for pqpgblgpscv.sql with error ORA-01422
We
upgraded 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3. Applied R12.HR_PF.B.delta.5 (13418800)
and now we are applying number of patches as merged patch. Merge patch
driver uses pqpgblgpscv.sql 120.0.12010000.21, which is coming from
patch 16408331.
Error message in patch log file:
