After EBS upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3 except ICM most of managers node_names are not updated in FND_

Hi 
After EBS upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3 except ICM most of managers node_names are not updated in FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES

I already ran FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN and cmclean.sql, autoconfig (DB node, CM node and Apps tier).

Attached is updated spool file from  FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES where NODE_NAME column should show ALVTNADB1. For Standard Managers it is showing ALVTNADB1 after I updated the Node Name from "Concurrent Manager Define" form.

Can you provide SQL script to update for all managers where NODE_NAME is AUXDDB01 to change NODE_NAME to  ALVTNADB1.
