pstack equivalent in Windows

Does anyway aware of any equivalent tool of pstack in windows. For a RDBMS process, we can take multiple errorstack using oradebug and so the call stack but in case of database hang, pstack helps in getting the call stack of the process quickly on unix. Anyone aware of any equivalent of this pstack to dump call stack for a particular thread of oracle.exe on windows??
