Combination report with Eam work orders/PO and requistion status

What I am trying to do is to create a report with a work order selection to provide the status of the Po/requstion because of a message cannot close work order because of a open Po/requistion. This would assist in the abiltity to run a report instead of steping down the direct charges which can contain different Po/requstions.
