UK PAY: RTI - Normal Hours Reporting for RTI ?

We have normal hours being recorded in assignment screen but for few we would like to report it from RTI Assignment EIT even if they have normal hours

If I enter the RTI hours band data in EIT, will it take priority over the data entered in  Assignment screen?
