Notifications for Special price request

 Hi Team,
Using offers page, submitted "Special Pricing Request" 

After submitting Special pricing request, I am not finding notifications triggered for approval and FYI. 

Looks like business event 'oracle.apps.ozf.request.SpecialPrice.approval' is not getting raised.

Can any one help me identify the missing setup which is causing this situation.
