Vertex Use Tax

We currently have Vertex Sales & Use Tax, we update our Oracle EBS 11.5.10 with monthly Vertex Salestax Q series data file. So we use Vertex Tax Engine to calculate Sales Tax from Oracle OM & AR. 

We have a new AP tax automation "need" . Payables dept currently creates manual USE Tax codes in Oracle AP based on location as well as other criterion like machine type. We are trying to automate the "Use" tax portion to avoid any manual use tax code.
(1) Since we do own "Vertex Sales and Use Tax", does that cover the "Use" tax data that I mentioned above.
