ChartWorks on Windows Server 2008 64-bit OS

I am trying to install ChartWorks on Windows Server 2008.  I have set the compatibility mode per Doc ID 1318405.1 but the install still crashes.  My server is a 64bit server.  Has anyone successfully installed this on Windows 64 bit OS?
