How to assign an existing concurrent report to a menu?

Hi there,

This might not be the correct group but I can't find fnd group.  Sorry to put it here.

I did this befere but it was a long time ago.  We have a concurrent report.  I want to create a responsibility to run this concurrent report only.  I thought I need to create a menu and then associate the report to the menu.  I got the responsibility and menu but forgot how to associate the report to the menu.

Please help.
