Cost Enabled Attribute for Inventory Expense Items ??

Hi ALL,

hOPE YOU ALL fine. I have very simple question to all of you. Is it necessary to enable the Cost Enabled Attribute at the Master Org Level for Inventory Expense Items ??

Kindly tell me the Pupose of the check Y / N ??

wHAT SHOULD BE THE ACCOUNTING ENTRIES IF CHECK IS NOT ENABLE ??
