The best option to import repair orders - Interface Table or API.

Hi, 
Need your help.

We are trying to import Repair Orders from 3P systems into Oracle. We see csd_repairs_pub.create_repair_order API and we also see an Interface table. We tried creating ROs through both. Both created Repair order but logistic lines are not created. Then we explicitly called csd_logistics_pub.create_default_logistics, but this threw an error. 

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01086: savepoint 'CREATE_DEFAULT_PROD_TXN' never established

ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception

 How do we create logistic lines for the RO?
