How to associate description to data item

I want to modify the P4210 to dsiplay in the Grid column for customer inquiry page the Ship To name.

So I checked it out, set focus on the grid column Ship To(SHAN)

clicked Edit,

Clicked Associate

and it added a new column to the grid. However, it does not actually display the Ship To Name when I run the application.

What did I miss?
