The dutch language form for APXPMTCH.fmx fails to compile after applying the "Patch 16234880:R12.OIE.B - R12.1:Oracle Internet Expenses Recommended Patch Collection (RPC) Mar 2013 " owing to below errors:

Compiling package body SHIPMENT_MATCH_ITEM1...
Compilation error on package body SHIPMENT_MATCH_ITEM1:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 80, column 11
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'IS_PROJ_EXP_ITEM_DATE_VALID'
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 80, column 11
Statement ignored

Received a similar note - 976422.1 for french language, have tried this solution already but it did not fix the issue. Please advise.
